The workshop will provide attendees with examples of effective virtual classroom management and creating an engaging but healthy online learning environment for students of various ages. By the end of the session, participants will be able to make better decisions regarding the establishment and day-to-day management of virtual classrooms that satisfy teachers and students alike, even in the post-pandemic era.

What Makes an Engaging but Healthy Virtual Classroom?


László Németh is a young and aspiring teacher and trainer. Having obtained a degree with honours in TEFL, he became a full-fledged faculty member at the Bilingual Secondary Grammar School of Balatonalmádi. He’s currently serving as the Vice-President of IATEFL-Hungary and is an enrolled PhD student in multilingual research.
