After you pay for the ticket, you will get all the needed instructions to join the live conference via email.

How can I contact technical support?

If you need to contact us directly, please do not send emails – use the contact button on the bottom right page and contact us live on the Facebook page. Please take a look at the attached screenshot below pointing to the chat button.

Please mind that on the day of the conference, the email won’t be monitored.

What information do we need in order to help you?

If you request support, please contact us with the following information:

  1. The name of your browser – for example, Google Chrome;
  2. Your device (tablet, desktop, laptop, mobile phone);
  3. Detailed problem explanation, not just I cannot hear/see;
  4. A full screenshot of your full, uncropped screen so that we can practically see what is happening and help you. If you are not sure how to take a screenshot, you can use this link. Please bear in mind that this is a very important step. Unfortunately, we cannot help you without a screenshot.
