In this talk it will be presented how the teacher uses the MOODLE platform to teach a Business English blended learning course to a group of students at Faculty of Health and Legal Studies. It will be shown what different MOODLE tools are used in order to teach different skills, as well as to develop learning autonomy and critical thinking skills, as well as to  implement self evaluation and rise  awareness of importance of these elements of successful learning. It will also be shown how the MOODLE teaching is organized with the principles of active learning and how the activities on the platform are adjusted to the students’ book units’ content.

Lora Petronić Petrović, MA in  Spanish Language and Hispanic Literatures and a PhD student,  teacher of Spanish and English languages at the Faculty of Health and Business Studies (Singidunum University)  and in “Lingva”, Center for foreign languages in Valjevo. She owns certificates from LCCI, UMBC, Trinity College London & The Consultants-E, London-Barcelona for English language teacher. Took part in numerous seminars organized by Ministry of Education of Serbia, Cambridge University, British Council, English Book, Oxford University Press, Institute Cervantes, Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Zavod za udžbenike, Longman ELT, YALS, ELTA, American Corner, Association of Teachers of Spanish Language, Serbian Foreign Language and Literature Society. Presented papers and hold workshops at the several state and international conferences. Team member of Erasmus+ KA2 project CULTUFORMA, creator of didactic materials (lessons, tests, videos & presentations) from Art and Literature. Co-creator and teacher of methodological module of the online course for pedagogical, psychological and methodological continual education of teachers who didn’t have these subjects at university. Her main fields of interest are young learners, evaluation and assessment and teaching with technology.
